Make A Complaint

A complaints and if warranted subsequent disciplinary process is essential to ensure the Irrigation Design accreditation programme is robust and has integrity.

Both clients and regulators may lodge complaints against an accredited company, providing the complaint relates to an issue –

  • within the scope of the accreditation programme, i.e. it is related to the design and not installation or operational issues,
  • that has occurred after the date of the companies first accreditation.

Make a Complaint

Please type the word “COMPLAINT” in the subject line and provide the following details –

  • Your name and contact details
  • The company the complaint is about
  • The date of the system installation / upgrade the complaint is about
  • The issue the complaint is based upon

Your complaint will be automatically acknowledged and logged. You will be contacted within 1 week of making the complaint.
